Tom has an amazing passion for high performance sport and helping athlete’s to perform at their best.
A dedicated performance strength and conditioning coach, Tom wishes to use his expertise to improve all athlete’s under his guidance and believes that young athletes need to begin to learn the fundamentals of exercise.
Not only will it improve their strength and reduce their chance of injury, it helps them develop awareness of their body and understand how it moves.
This will increase their sporting capabilities as they have a body that works in an efficient manner, with each muscle working to its full potential.
